Fire Department Auxiliary

Our meetings are held the second Saturday of the months March through October at 10:00 AM at the firehall. New members are always welcome, or come and join us for just one meeting and meet the members and find out how we are working together to support the Fire Department and our Firefighters.
The Lake Cavanaugh Fire Department Auxiliary activities are in full swing. Raffle tickets for the quilt will be available at the various events scheduled this summer so be sure to get your chance to win this year’s beautiful quilt. Raffle tickets begin sales on May 27th. The raffle drawing will be Labor Day weekend. The annual Pancake Breakfast planning is also underway for Memorial Weekend.

Cost: $6 per Adult / $4 for ChildrenOn the menu will be scrambled eggs, ham and of course, pancakes!The Auxiliary will also be selling this year’s new assortment of Lake Cavanaugh shirts, apparel and other items. Come see the new styles, colors and logos at the Open House/Pancake Breakfast while they are still in stock.Last, but not least, mark your calendars for this year’s Fun Run. Runners, Bikers and Walkers of all ages are welcome to participate in this annual fundraising event. Fun Run 2018 will be Saturday, August 4th.

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Lake Cavanaugh Fire Department Auxiliary is to support the   Fire Department by raising funds for equipment and supplies not necessarily   covered by the Fire Department budget. The auxiliary is instrumental in planning   the annual Memorial Day pancake breakfast, selling t-shirts and Lake Cavanaugh   wares, and the annual “Once Around Lake Cavanaugh” fun run/walk.
